This position is fully remote/working from home. We are accepting candidates from anywhere in the UK that would be able to travel to Staines once per month.

Salary: up to ~£45,000 DOE

We provide independent CPD (Continuous Professional Development) accreditation for training, learning & coaching activities. Working with training companies, trainers, events companies, coaches & coaching companies to help them tap into the increasing demand for CPD activities.


We are looking for an experienced Funnel Builder/Marketing Manager who has a passion and can-do attitude to everything they do. Our ideal candidate will be data-driven and completely capable of managing multiple projects and prioritising tasks, for a very fast-moving business across different sectors.

The role will involve hands-on technical work across the whole suite of software and marketing campaigns.

You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and developing the technical side of our marketing and customer outreach operations. You should be a fast learner, inquisitive, and have a keen eye for technical detail alongside a real passion for customer care and support. We are a customer-focused business that places a great deal of emphasis on the happiness and satisfaction of our customers.

You will want to reinvent our customer experiences, won’t settle for marginal improvement and will be obsessed with deciding between the use of a red or a blue CTA button!

Responsibilities and Scope

  • Creating and implementing sales funnels that are profitable within a short time frame.
  • Generating cost-effective leads with a trackable ROI
  • Understanding of all traffic sources, i.e. paid, media packages, PPC, YouTube, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conversion rate optimization and multi-variant testing.
  • Using web tools to produce high converting traffic.
  • Additional responsibilities include:
    • Building digital sales funnels
    • Landing page creation
    • Paid traffic campaigns (e.g. Facebook, Google & LinkedIn)
    • Conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
    • Website auditing/updating

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • The candidate will be experienced in building, optimizing, and converting sales funnels, and also directing paid traffic and organic traffic.
  • They will have a strong working knowledge of digital customer acquisition, and their skillset should include but not be limited to:
    • Customer profiling
    • SEO
    • Sales funnels
    • Landing page creation
    • Email automation
    • A/B split testing
